happy birthday Irina!! you finally hit the big 2-9!!

Cochabamba is celebrating 194 years of independence! to celebrate both birthdays, we´re going to eat some Vietnamese food and then go see Franz Ferdinand. hopefully, we´ll have some time to go to Zaguan and get some tres leches cake. i´ll be sure to rep my Bolivian pride at the show.

i can´t find my Bolivian patch to put on my laptop case to cover up the chilean brand name. guess i´ll just stick on the good ole anarchy patch. let them figure that one out.

i´m not sure if people have a clue where Bolivia is. when i say where i was the past 6 months, i usually just say South America and then clarify if they ask. whenever i say Bolivia, the response i always get is right. or okay. or of course (that was from the Dean!). although there is that rare time when someone will know someone who is from there or has gone to Macchu Picchu.
