Felicidades to me!
i turned 26 on Sunday! despite the hours i needed to study, i still celebrated: chinese food for lunch w/my family and cuban food for dinner w/my friends. yum. and ice cream cake! and my dad brought a little of Bolivia to me w/his gifts. even Argentinian jewelrey! which means he has been hoarding that for 10 years since last time he was there i was in high school. Erika even called me! from a US line from Bolivia?!?!?! i need to figure out how that works.

winter has hit here in TX. guess i'll have 3 winters this year. when i left for Bolivia, it was winter. when I left BOlivia, it was winter there and now it's winter here again. at least i have my alpaca scarf and matching hat from Fotrama to keep me warm and make those SMUers jealous w/their Burberry.

i know i've been bad about updating this. and people still check it! (thanks, jeremiah!) finals start next monday until the 16th. so i've been a bit busy. this will be the best Christmas EVER. and my friends from Bolivia are planning a reunion in San Francisco for New Year's!

i could really use some sopa de mani.
